THE MIGHTY IMPIETY are : Antimo, Eduardo and Oscar are currently in HACAVITZ (ex-Ravager). II ) The band’s name Impiety is unequivocal and you always show your attachment to Evil forces and a deep hate towards Christianity and more generally towards all religions. So, it would be interesting if we can have your opinion on each strong religions : Christian, Jewish, Muslim, Hindu... To IMPIETY all forms of religion serves no purpose but to deceive that there is actually a blissful place called heaven awaiting mortals upon their demise. There is just nothingness beyond the realm of death…in short, religions are just fantastic bullshit created by man. III ) Since 1990, Impiety was on the front. With the passing of time, how do you view each of the albums released ? Could you describe in few words each albums ? The first album IMPIETY released was ‘Asateerul
Awaleen’ back in 96. It was of pure raw bestial black metal, very unpolished
and it did suffer from bad production. Despite this, the album was well
received within the underworld. worldwide. IV) In your release "Iblis exelsi / Salve the goat" you said you piss on Norwegian clowns... Can you explain the origin of this hatred ? The origin of this hatred was because Mortiss then in EMPEROR did and exchange of demos with IMPIETY some time 92. Mortiss said directly to me that Asian were Niggers and should not be playing Black Metal. Also he said we should bow before his ‘elite’ race. That enraged me and it was war with him and his IQ-less mongrels alike! V) Impiety splits with the french label Osmose Prod. to integrate the legion of Agonia Records. There is a particular reason to this important change for the band? I got real tired of Osmose…working with them was good in the beginning but it all turned to one skullfucking nightmare! Especially their promotion office which told me to drop interviews for smaller zines and concentrate on bigger magazines. That I would never do! Also, there were NO deadlines given for interviews and they just keep rushing me. I am not a fucking machine! Also I got totally fed up with lack of support from Osmose for tours, which they promised before the signing of the contract. In the end, they told us to contact Metalysee ourselves for tours when in fact they should be the ones arranging it us. Really shitty and demotivating for us to continue further with them! We are glad to have left Osmose and now working closely with Agonia Records. So far, It has been a pleasure working closely with Filip !
VI Do you agree with me if I tell you that Impiety is attached to a great artwork for his Propaganda Art : cover albums, KK696’s digipack or merchandising (TS, SW...) ? Of course! And all in Praise of the horned Master! Our hellish cover artwork and layout are carefully created to illustrate closely what we preach. We’ve enjoyed working mostly with Desmond Sia for albums and tee armour designs. Recently we’ve been working Ereshkigal from USA and Antonio Nolasco from Mexico. The three above mentioned are proven masters of the black arts and hellish creators of evil! VII) This last album “KK696” is still more in a holocaust way than it great predecessor ”Skullfucking Armageddon”. There are no time to breath, only the Blitzkrieg sound comes to our souls... Could you describe the title and each pieces of this war masterpiece baptized “Kaos Kommand 696” ? Have you a favourite song, one that you’re more pride than the others on this album ? Blitzkrieg eternal to your soul indeed!
VIII ) What is the principal purpose, aim of the militia Impiety ? To spread our unholy anthems and to eradicate religious filth of this earth! IMPIETY is a band ready to annihilate, torment, desecrate, destroy anything and everything that upholds and exemplifies holiness!! We are a deranged regiment of satanic goatworshipping desecrators and not just a band of dedicated musicians. We fucking practise what we preach! IX ) Today, lots of bands plays an insipid Black Metal without the true spirit that is to say for me with the hate who take to the Genocide and to the establishment of a New Order get ride of all theses religious and communists vermins. What do you think about that ? In others words, is Impiety ready to catch the M16 for the War Holocaust ? A good sign indeed but they all should be practicing what they preach. Killing and mass murder should be the order of the day! Ofcourse, we are ready… not only with just M16s but with all sorts of bestial armaments! X) At the beginning, Impiety have using corpsepaints and now you don't, what's the reason ? In the beginning we did use war painted faces but I found one important thing, that the minute our live set starts, the paint starts to run due to the violence and intensity of our live performance. It was after the very first euro tour we decided, or rather I decided, to do without the war paint. Anyway over all the long years in the band, I’ve realized that our actual faces are already very demonic in reality so with or without war paint, we’ll still look hideously barbaric! XI) Could you explain the Impiety’s lyrics : subject, influences... What kind of emotions do you want to express through the compositions ? IMPIETY mercilessly commands and preaches satanic war, death, blasphemy, terror, goatworship, perversion, angelraping rituals as well as genocide! We must constantly wage apokalyptik war against the followers of Jesus Christ and other useless man-created Gods killing, destroying all hope and dreams of a promised bullshit paradise! Armageddon between the ‘good’ and ‘evil’ has always been a keen interest of the band…and what better place then to wage nuklear satanic war in a world of flames against our enemies.
XII) Could you say who are your Black or Death Metal references ? We grew up drinking a lot of beer and listening to a lot of Bathory, Venom, Possessed, Hellhammer, Sarcofago, Sodom and Destruction! That quickly led to the formation of IMPIETY! XIII What kind of memories do you have from the 2 European Tours performed in 2000 with notably bands of the French BM Elite like Antaeus, Arkhon Infaustus or Celestia ? All great bands and cool individuals with met so far! Most important to me during touring is that we meet up with a lot of real warriors of the underworld besides crushing the usual posers and rockstars alike. Haha XIV) Are you in contact with the French Black-Death Metal Scene ? Yes, we have a number of violent warheads in contact with us from France! Also labels who distribute Impiety and various radio stations, etc. We had ‘Skullfucking Armageddon’ released under Drakkar Productions and which is sold out at this point. XV) Regarding the future, what are the projects of the band ? Maybe a third European Tour ? Early 2004 we shall spread our triumph, disease and desecration across Europe. We just completed a 9 date extensive tour of Mexico and it went well! It’s always great to meet real diehard fans, legions and warheads on tour besides spreading damnation and chaos on stage!
