Fast and furious, and somewhat fucking ugly in a good way-that's a fitting description for the new Resistencia Underground release. The first thing you'll notice are the drums, which take the leading role in the soundscape of this release. From fast and clear to blasting and distorted, they're almost dominating on this recording. From time to time, drum patterns can be called almost original(also in a good way). Guitar riffing is almost 100% old-school Black Metal without trendy death metal influences. The mid-tempo parts will surely remind you about better(early,in case you don't understand, you patriot!)days of Burzum. The same goes for the distorted vocal. The whole gives us a good example of classical, nostalgic black metal from 90's.The negative point is a certain lack of some catchy elements,so the music is not-so-easy to remember.Summary:strong, yet not excellent demo release.
